Dot2.io only collects personal data for the purposes of recruitment. 

This data consists of contact details as well as information included within your CV, should you have shared your CV with us. Examples of this information may include your name, address, e-mail address, work and education history and any additional information you have provided to us for use in supporting an employment application, plus your proof of identity and right to work in specified region. 


How we get the personal information and why we have it

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, for the purposes of recruitment. By providing a team member with your CV or personal information, you are consenting to our privacy policy. 

We use the information that you have given us to support and represent you throughout the recruitment process. If you have consented when asked, we may also contact you about future employment opportunities.

We will never share your information with any third parties other than potential employers. We will never share your information with any potential employers without your consent.

Should you choose to contact us via our website, you are consenting to our contacting you about the information requested via the details you have provided.


Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at gemma@dot2.io

We will securely store your personal data electronically for a maximum of 5 years unless you request that it be removed sooner, or you reengage our services before 5 years. We will dispose of your information by permanently deleting all your recorded data from our records.
